Dessert Carnival!

Postre!/Dessert!

Buenassss!!! Nochessss!!!

Saludotes, abrazotes y besotes

Good Night!!! Since I was invited to the Dessert Carnival in the House in the Roses, then, I'm gonna post and upload a recipe which I've already posted and uploaded some time ago.

It is one of my first recipes here in my kitchen, but it can also be eaten as a dessert, besides, in sweet affairs, is the best what I can make. So, here I go:

You need:

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 egg

  • A half of a butter or margarine li'l cube

  • Honey or maple syrup or caramel spread

  • More butter or margarine to your taste

  • 1 manual mixer

  • 1 bowl

  • 2 frying pans

  • 1 li'l shovel or chisel

  • 1 big spoon

How to do them:

First, pour the flour and the milk into the bowl, and keep moving them with the manual mixer (I suggest not to use an electric mixer). Meanwhile, melt the half of the li'l cube of butter or margarine in a frying pan. And then, once it's already melted, toss it into the bowl, and also toss the egg into the bowl, and keep moving with the mixer until you get some kind of dough.

Once you got the dough, pour some of it with the big spoon into the other frying pan in small quantities, then, wait a little in order to let the dough cook a little, then, with the shovel or chisel, turn the dough and let it cook a little by its other side, and you're done! You already made your pancakes!

You can add some butter or margarine to your pancakes, and you can toss some honey, maple syrup or caramel spread on them too, and the pancakes will taste awesome. I'll upload another photo of pancakes at the end of this post:

Big greetings, big hugs and big kisses
